These pictures were taken during the 26th-week of my pregnancy. You might wonder why sometimes my belly looks bigger and sometimes it looks smaller. Well, Friends, call it the beauty of fashion. Some clothes basically hide pregnancy much better than others. I'm not trying to hide that I'm pregnant or anything like that, but I personally don't like to show off all the curves of my baby bump with tight fitting clothes. I find it rather vulgar for my personal taste, so I usually opt for more flowy tops and skirts to make it less noticeable. This sweater is not tight, but not flowy, that's why my belly looks bigger here than when I wear a more flowier fabric top. The sweetheart necklace is quite low, so I wore a black tank underneath.
When you are pregnant and become huge, your fashion option is quite limited. Besides, since I got pregnant, I had this overwhelming laziness to primp and maintain my look. All I wanted to do was slopping all day in a cotton house dress and snuggle under the duvet! It took me lots and lots of discipline and self motivation to make myself look presentable everyday. So I played with accessories and eyeshadow colors, to make primping a little bit more fun and interesting. Today I wore pink and sky blue colors on my lids, as well as coral pink lipstick to match the colors of my necklace. ^_^
Closer look of the necklace.
The mother of pearl earrings match my coral sweater.
Also, for my bracelets, I added a pop of sky blue color and pearl bracelets to match the necklace, so I won't look all pinks and corals!
