My deepest condolences to the friends and families of the terrible shooting at Newton, CT. My prayers for the victims and their loved ones for grace, comfort and light of God.
"The Lord is trustworthy in every word, and faithful in every work."
(The Wisdom Book, Psalms 145:13)
Many times I found it odd, yet amazing and shameful and humbling at the same time, that many of us were taught that we should be faithful to God, but in reality, more often than not, God is the one who proves Himself faithful to us over and over again.
And after that, somehow we still doubt Him.
Great Is Thy Faithfulness
Great is Thy faithfulness, O God my Father,
There is no shadow of turning with Thee;
Thou changest not, Thy compassions, they fail not
As Thou hast been Thou forever wilt be...
There is no shadow of turning with Thee;
Thou changest not, Thy compassions, they fail not
As Thou hast been Thou forever wilt be...
Great is Thy faithfulness
Great is Thy faithfulness
Morning by morning new mercies I see;
All I have needed Thy hand hath provided—
Great is Thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me...
All I have needed Thy hand hath provided—
Great is Thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me...
Summer and winter, and springtime and harvest,
Sun, moon and stars in their courses above,
Join with all nature in manifold witness
To Thy great faithfulness, mercy and love.
Sun, moon and stars in their courses above,
Join with all nature in manifold witness
To Thy great faithfulness, mercy and love.
Pardon for sin and a peace that endureth,
Thy own dear presence to cheer and to guide;
Strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow,
Blessings all mine, with ten thousand beside...
Thy own dear presence to cheer and to guide;
Strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow,
Blessings all mine, with ten thousand beside...

For all Friends who just followed this blog and commented, I do apologize for not getting back to you just yet. The sunny-rain-sunny-rain December weather here in the tropics had taken a toll of me and I became ill last week. When I did my regular baby check up, the doctor sent me to sick days right away, ordered me to rest and sleep and not even think about work or my laptop.
Also, this might be the last post I will publish for 2012, so I'd like to wish you
A Happy, Jolly, Merry Christmas,
A Wonderful Holiday, and
A Joyful N Blessed New Year!
See you in 2013!

and God's faithfulness and love to you too. Thanks for being a part of Wardrobe Wednesday.
You're right. He is soooo faithful my friend.
Thank you for the wonderful message. Since having kids, I have been thinking much about faith and God. I want to go back to church, but do not know where to start. So I have neglected searching. But your message reminds me to get back on track, because without faith, we are nothing.
Oh, and lovely blues by the way. You always wear such elegant outfits.
Wish you have a great Christmas, full of joy, harmony and all our dreams of Stash makes us believe. May this New Year is approaching an open door to new dreams, renewals of faith and much peace to our world.
