Not Bright, But Not Muted Either

Mix n matching old clothes with some old and new accessories is so much fun! I usually wear this paisley chiffon top with just the basic black blazer, or if I want to be a bit more adventurous, with my tan jacket. So blah! I never thought of combining navy jacket with black pants, but the combination works just fine, don't you think?

How does an adult explain politics to a three-year-old?
How does a primary student solve non-linear programming problems of a PhD candidate?
How does a CEO explain merger and acquisition to a Labrador Retriever?
How do you explain the difference between Zen and Buddhism to an ant?

Folly, if might so myself.
If so, then how can I, a mere mortal, a human being, being as sophisticated and advance as modern technology makes possible, insist to know God’s plan?
Or even more amazing, insist that I know better than The Creator?
How can one claim that he or she understands the mind of God?

Folly? Ignorance? Arrogance?

Maybe all three.

Yet I do that over and over again.
My own foolishness always took me by surprise.
I doubt, though, that it took Him by surprise.

"For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways, My ways, says The Lord.
As high as the heavens are above the earth,
so high are My ways above your ways and My thoughts above your thoughts."
(Isaiah 55:8-9)

that's one of my favorite verses. You put it so rightly, there are so many things and questions that we cannot answer and won't understand. Our human understanding is limited. God is omnipotent and infinite!

On a lighter note, I like the navy jacket. The white stitching looks nice against the navy color. You look feminine and pretty, I like the turquoise necklace, great DIY!

That's such a good verse. I fall into the trap of thinking I can navigate my way through life by my own will, and often need a kick in the pants to remember I'm not here according to my own schedule!
