A common office gal doesn't strike numerous poses every morning in front of her desk, hahaha!
Anyway, I don't mind if people think I'm weird. Afterall, why settle for the mediocrity of mundane daily life, if you can just whip it up a bit into an extraordinary one?
Anyway, I have secured and moved all my accessories boxes, though I haven't organize my clothes yet (they're still in boxes), so what I do everyday is basically just put on any decent clothes I could manage to find, then spice them up with some accessories. I hope the trick works!
I have a collague who once said to me: "Women only keeps stylish and groom themselves when they're single. I bet that once you catch yourself a boyfriend, you will start slobbing." Well, first of all, I don't think I "catch" a man. I don't think women are supposed to "catch" men, because it sounds like a pushover phrase to me. Also, not only I want to prove that it's not true for girls with boyfriends, I'd like to show that even a married woman doesn't have to look sloppy! Maintaining our God-given body is for everyone, whether you're single or married, rich or poor, male or female, young or old! Even if one is not into fashion, one must take a bath everyday and keep ourselves clean, and that's maintaining our bodies, rite? What do you think, Friends?
I thought people here are used to my antics of taking pictures every morning. Well, not really! Male colleagues still tease and make silly poses while I'm taking pictures! Haha!

I don't think your colleague is right, because I find myself dressing up more after getting married. It takes a LOT of keeping up to keep the husband happy. Even after baby.
Super cute skirt, by the way.

I hope you prove that fellow wrong...and this outfit is a great way to show him otherwise. I love the print on the blouse and am amazed that you snap your photos in the workplace. My colleagues would tease me endlessly if I did that.
I can't believe you snap your photos at work either...you are confident and I wish I had that confidence. I felt silly doing my photos out in my backyard yesterday. But I agree with your sentiments about how everyone should take care of her/his body no matter what. And your outfits are super cute!
I totally agree about staying well-groomed, just for ourselves. And of course women don't "catch" men! Anyway : > your lemon yellow skirt is so lovely and so are you. have a great day.
Very pretty necklace and very pretty outfit. You always look so crisp and pretty. I think one should still dress nice even if you have been married a long time. I dress nicely for myself, first and foremost. I want to feel good about me and the rest is a bonus.
I absolutely agree with you... "catch" a man is a weird phrase... and I hope to be stylish even when I am a grandmother :)
nice skirt!! like the way you styled it! :)

You are clever with accessorizing - I am just getting the hang of it. Sometimes I forget. I don't know, I did let it slide after my two kids came but since my move here to the USA I have been galvanized into making an effort once again. The weather is a big help because I am not sweating buckets like I was in Singapore.
I like this outfit! I love the yellow and the pattern shirt and that jacket is too cute! :-)
loooove your skirt, i think you look great!

This is a great skirt and you've styled it really well into different looks! And I love the statement necklace in the second look.

I think it's unprofessional to take outfit photos at work.
